I believe that the foundation of all productive and successful transactions are concreted through the employment of practices in ethics, responsiveness, subject expertise and consistent communication.
My work history as co-operator of a multi-decade construction company in Nova Scotia has garnered me experience in the above named practices along with a dominant focus on CUSTOMER SERVICE. The customer is the key in all my transactions. I achieved this through efforts in obtaining permitting, planning, material inventory, design trends, property maintenance, land resource valuation and short term rentals via VRBO and AirBNB platforms.
Therefore, adding the designation of ‘realtor’ to my name was a natural fit for me.
I chose to work with Adams, Cameron & Co., because of their coastal longevity of over 60 years and the value and integrity they bring to the table in offering solutions to all the moving parts of the real estate transaction. This includes top notch financing, in-house title services and inspection references.
While in Nova Scotia I was also part of the Nova Scotia Tourism team for 10 years acting as an ambassador to the beautiful 5,000 mile coastal peninsula. I was often asked to recommend a ‘locals’ haunt’ or an ‘unseen gem’. I received several accolades for offering great customer service in this regard.
